The Aglientu coastline is famous for its beautiful beaches and for its unspoiled natural environment. It winds for around 20 km along three large beaches and other smaller ones, although no less enchanting, which alternate with a low and jagged rocky coast.

The entire length of this coast is a true paradise for those who love trekking.

The camper van park Oasi Gallura is strategically located: just a few metres from the sea and a short walk from the centre of Vignola. You can treat yourself to pleasant strolls at any time, between beaches and pine woods, following numerous paths either on foot or on a mountain bike.

Vignola beach is captivatingly beautiful, particularly the last stretch overlooked by the Aragonese Tower, from the top of which you can enjoy breathtaking views. Beyond the Tower lie the magnificent beach of San Silverio and the bay of Punta di li Francesi.

Lapped by the crystal-clear sea, the beach of Lu Litarroni is a stretch of extremely fine granite sand that continues for several kilometres. It has been described by various specialist magazines as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean: the incessant action of the waves and the wind has formed a dune system that is the only one of its kind.

The granite promontory of Monti Russu also has its own particular charm. 90 metres high, it acts as a frame for one of the prettiest beaches in our region.

A site of Community Importance, it owes its environmental value to the naturalness of the environments, to the uniqueness of certain habitats and to the presence of species that are rare, endemic or of phytogeographical interest.
